A more intentional way to build a life and business
Blending wellness, business, and everyday life in a way that actually works together.
I’ve always been drawn to building things, whether that looked like starting a business, learning new skills, or creating systems that make life feel more manageable.
Over time, that evolved into a mix of work that now spans wellness, business strategy, and travel, all connected by the same idea. Things should feel aligned, not overwhelming.
WHERE IT STARTED AND WHAT I STILL CARRY WITH ME
I didn’t have everything figured out when I made that decision, but I knew I needed structure, direction, and something that would challenge me. Looking back, it shaped more of how I approach life and work than I realized at the time.
WHAT I’D FOCUS ON, WHAT I’D SKIP, AND WHAT MATTERS
If I were starting over today, I wouldn’t try to do everything at once. Most of what I’ve learned came from doing too much, figuring it out as I went, and slowly understanding what actually works and what doesn’t.
WHAT we WANTED AND HOW WE’RE BUILDING it
This wasn’t a decision I made overnight. It came from thinking about what I wanted our days to look like, how I wanted him to learn, and the kind of environment that felt right for our family.
